Swagger Tooling

Design, build, document, and consume RESTful API Services to northbound applications and southbound network infrastructure.

API

LightRiver’s standards-friendly, transport focused software platform focuses on abstraction of the network, and consuming northbound applications, in a Make it All Look the Same approach. Centric to this is that of uniform API’s to allow you to integrate directly to your applications for core network automations from netFLEX. Better yet, this allows you to implement features that we have not even thought of and drive broader use of the product as a whole. The netFLEX REST/JSON framework is lightweight, easy to use, and easy to debug.

Digital Experience (DX) Enablement

As the core enabler for DX, the netFLEX API’s allow for network automation ‘services’ that can be leveraged internally within a Service Provider (SP) or Network Operator, or can be exposed directly to your End Customers for Self Serve. As the industry expectation models that of Public Cloud for OnDemand, Pay-Per-Use, and Self Serve – netFLEX API’s/Services can be leveraged for this Network-as-a-Service extension for new services and revenue.

Differentiate your Operations and Customer Experience leveraging netFLEX API’s and programmability to enable a Customer Defined Experience!

The Right Relationships

LightRiver maintains direct relationships with the industry’s leading transport suppliers, to include those focused on whitebox/disagg solutions. These tight partnerships allow for an industry differentiated level of automation and integration that results in higher quality and full lifecycle support of the respective solutions (for the life of the technology).

LightRiver Software’s experienced and agile engineering team has developed the netFLEX platform into a robust network automation platform. This allows the ability to quickly deploy the latest supplier network element without having to deploy another vendor-specific management system. The main driver behind these automations is to provide an operator of any size – the ability to automate end-2-end network automation of legacy, current, and disagg/open-source transport networks for realtime service path understanding (network-as-the-source inventory), actionable analytics, and provisioning automations (enabler for control-loop). netFLEX is the only Optical Domain Controller (ODC) solution that addresses full life-cycle of the service automation from service instantiation, to proactive management, to automated analytics/visibility, in a flexible way that is unmatched within the industry (netFLEX = networkFLEXIBILITY).
